James Gray Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Estimator to join one of our key clients, a leading contractor in the UK Civil Engineering sector.
About the Company:
Our client is a reputable contractor operating primarily within construction, groundworks, and infrastructure schemes. They have a strong commitment to sustainability and prioritize safe working environments with minimal environmental impact.
About the Role:
As a Civil Engineering Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing a wide variety of Civils works projects. Your duties will include managing the tender from allocation to award, carrying out take-offs, and participating in tender review meetings. You will also prepare technical queries and communicate with clients to seek clarification.
Requirements:
- A minimum HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or a relevant field;
- At least 5 years' experience as an Estimator;
