Senior Financial Strategist Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Partner to provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support key decision-making processes.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage effective budgets, identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improved financial performance, prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Support the organisation's long-term financial planning and strategy development, lead and mentor junior finance team members to achieve team objectives, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters.

  • A strong background in accounting and finance is required.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field are necessary.
  • CPA or CA accreditation (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner is crucial.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
