The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance across a cluster of Coles sites. Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships. The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take full responsibility for the delivery of repairs and maintenance services on multiple high-end state-of-the-art refrigeration sites
  2. Conduct frequent planned preventative maintenance to prevent critical breakdown issues
  3. Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner
  4. Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders
  5. Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year
Requirements:
  1. Practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environment
  2. Refrigerant Handling Licence and Restricted Electrical Licence
  3. Current Driver's Licence
  4. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  5. Scissor/Elevate Work Platform licence - highly regarded
  6. An understanding of CO2 systems and refrigeration controls; Emerson, Danfoss, and Alerton
