Healthcare Security Officer Job Description

We are seeking experienced security professionals to join our team in providing exceptional security services to healthcare sites in Western Australia.

This role is responsible for patrolling assigned areas to deter and detect potential security risks, conducting security screenings of individuals and belongings, and collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure a secure environment for all.

  • Security officers will be required to maintain physical fitness for 12-hour shifts, day or night, including the ability to lift 40kg+ and engage in push/pull activities.
  • They will also be required to handle incidents involving patients with sensitive mental health issues, ranging from substance abuse, aggression/violence, or self-harm.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
