Teaching Swimming Instructor Position

We are seeking an energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style instructor to deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.

This is a great opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy swimming, love working with children, who want to teach the skills of swimming and the value of water safety.

The Role

The role requires effective communication, strong attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to various age groups and skill levels
  • Effectively communicate with students, parents and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications and Experience
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate - or equivalent
