Automotive Trainee Sales Professional

Job Overview:
We are offering an exciting trainee opportunity for individuals who wish to embark on a career in the Automotive Spare Parts Industry.
As a Sales Parts Interpreter, you will receive comprehensive hands-on training in both our Warehouse and Sales Operation departments.
This training program will encompass all aspects of front-end sales, phone and online quotations/orders, as well as area management responsibilities.
The initial training period is expected to last 3-4 weeks, with regular mentoring and coaching provided throughout your development journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle front-end sales transactions
- Process phone and online quotations/orders efficiently and effectively
- Manage area operations and ensure seamless day-to-day activities
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Full-time position available (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm)
- Permanent residence or citizenship only
- Excellent one-on-one and phone communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in front-end sales, call centre, or sales roles in the automotive industry preferred
Work Environment and Conditions:
- Standard 8-hour working shift
- One designated location
