The Role
This Senior Logistics Manager position serves as an essential link between the U.S. Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), facilitating seamless collaboration on the P-8 A Poseidon program. Key responsibilities include:

• Proactive identification and resolution of supportability issues related to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) managed material
• Provision of guidance on Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) components/spares
• Liaison duties with the Joint Program Office (JPO) regarding fiscal and material management
• Engagement with logistics departments and aviation depots to enhance internal management and operations
• Initiation of supply discrepancy reporting and subsequent monitoring/resolving issues
• Supplying inputs for obsolescence management strategies
• Tracking/advising on DLA (9 B) stock postures and estimated delivery dates
• Generation of lead time estimates and/or repair turnaround times (RTAT) for repairable assets/components (7 R stock)
• Follow-up on shipping delays and documentation releases
• Assistance with RAAF documentation/requirement development/revisions

Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:

• Ten years of logistics acquisition, sustainment, and/or aviation maintenance experience
• DoD supply support experience and familiarity with key tools/databases such as Navy-ERP, MILSTRIP, LMS21, Fed Mall, One Touch Support, PDREP, PIEE, and others
• Active DoD Secret Level Clearance
• MS/MA degree or equivalent qualifications/experience
