Key Responsibilities:- We are looking for a skilled Frontline Service Expert to link our customers with our services.
- This role requires the ability to think quickly and use skill and knowledge to ensure calls are handled with empathy and quality assurance.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with other team members and departments to deliver optimal solutions.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and be able to multitask across different systems including the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs.
