Job Title: Explosive Ordnance Management Expert

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual with a strong background in explosive ordnance management.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the issues surrounding, and the management of, unexploded ordnance.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the management of contaminated sites.

About Our Work

Our team brings expertise in contamination management to enable military capability, estate management, community safety and responsible land management.

We investigate, remediate and manage risks to the environment and human health from legacy contaminated sites.

We also investigate and disclose details of contamination in property transactions and maintain public access to information about contamination on the Defence estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge and provide advice and recommendations on the management principles, techniques, methods and regulations in this space;
  • Assess technical and design packages including scoping, planning, reviewing, providing recommendations and contributing to the implementation of actions;
  • Identify issues and uncertainties and take these into account in planning, decision making and priority setting;
  • Develop analytical and critical thinking skills to explore and develop options for senior management consideration;
  • Resolve problems with pragmatic solutions and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment;
  • Foster productive relationships.
