About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated group fitness instructors to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a group fitness instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dynamic and challenging fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive fitness community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices to continuously improve your teaching skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to plan and deliver special events and programs

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant program certification (e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Barre)
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check and willingness to undergo a police check
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
