Job Opportunity

We are seeking a casual and part-time educator to join our program in Portland.

Your New Role

You will provide nurturing care, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and create engaging experiences for school-aged children.

You will build positive relationships with your team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide childcare services that meet the needs of school-aged children, including creating recreational and educational activities.

Work collaboratively with the OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe, and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations, and learning frameworks.

About You

Ideal candidates will have an enthusiastic approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members.

Experience gained in Early Childhood or engaging with children is highly desirable.

You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively with the team to achieve programme goals and objectives.

In addition to providing high-quality care, you will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What We Offer

Hourly rate: $27.17 + super + 25% casual loading. Salary packaging benefits available for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and more.
