PR Associate

Princess Polly is a global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower-impact, and accessible apparel. As a PR Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating collaborations with social media influencers to increase company revenue through code sales and establishing authentic relationships with influencers on behalf of Princess Polly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the ropes of our influencer program, including collaborations, negotiations, and technical/analytical tools, within 30 days.
• Establish key goals and metrics with our PR Manager within 90 days.
• Manage and negotiate budgets and facilitate payments for influencer collaborations, while maintaining strong relationships with AU influencers and agents.
• Accurately document and track influencer collaborations and analyse/report on performance regularly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Experience, and our Distribution Centre teams to contribute to timely payments and deliveries, leading to success in your role.
• Attend and assist PR/marketing activations and events, including off-site activations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1+ years minimum of experience in influencer marketing or public relations.
• Strong proficiency in G-Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven high-volume environment.
• Positive, optimistic attitude towards problem-solving.
• Team player.
