Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of nutritious meals for patients, staff, and events.

Requirements:

  • Relevant commercial cooking certification or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to cater to diverse dietary needs, including special requests and allergies.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
