Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice handling, managing invoice processing and coordinate payment runs to vendors via central treasury team
  • Monitor rebate agreements with suppliers and manage weekly and periodic rebates process accordingly
  • Establish a weekly reporting framework to provide clear visibility of performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecast inputs into finance planning and reporting teams
  • Perform daily or bi-weekly bank reconciliation to ensure accurate bank account balances
  • Develop and maintain a strong governance and control framework across the business, collaborating with other areas of finance to understand and mitigate impacts
