Key Role: Strategic Communications Expert

The position involves leading a high-performing team responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to support corporate objectives. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to build effective relationships with business partners, senior stakeholders, and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in creating and executing strategic communication strategies, projects, products, and events.
  • Manage digital channels to reach millions of taxpayers across Australia and beyond.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and communication plans in collaboration with business partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and experienced communications professional with a proven track record in strategic communications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
