The Client Success Partner plays a vital role in owning and growing client relationships. As a frontline advocate and proactive support, you will work closely with our top-tier clients in APAC to ensure their background screening process runs smoothly.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to identify opportunities to optimize, retain, and upsell business.
- Structuring and implementing long-term contracts/agreements with clients to renew and grow revenue from the client base
- Identifying and developing multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Implementing and managing client background screening programs to meet organizational needs and goals
- Serving as a consultative liaison and primary point of engagement/escalation, managing all client escalations and owning root cause analysis reports
- Proactively monitoring volumes and revenue to ensure treatment strategies are appropriate and identifying reasons for significant fluctuations
- Providing visibility on client performance through accurately compiled data for improvement planning and implementation
- Conducting regular business reviews using value-added propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programs
- Growing the client book of business to target vs. prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new business
- Monitoring quantity and quality of the team's outputs and working with department heads to implement corrective measures where necessary
- Ensuring all new clients are effectively onboarded
- Liaising with client-facing teams worldwide to support growth of accounts with a global footprint
- Effectively managing client expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction through CSAT surveys
