  • Design: Define requirements, develop solutions, facilitate workshops, and perform consulting activities.

  • Run: Engage with clients strategically, act as a trusted advisor for Microsoft D365, and lead workshops with customer SMEs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating design and test documents for large, complex solutions.

  • Demonstrating a high level of situational awareness and communicating effectively with customers.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in system architecture and design.
  • Project experience implementing Microsoft D365 Solutions with hands-on experience across design, development, and deployment functions.

You will also need to possess:

  • An understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem with a focus on Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarisation with Power Platform, Office365, and Azure.
  • Experience in implementing, architecting, or specifying key Microsoft technologies with significant depth in Cloud.
