Disability Support Worker New South Wales

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Kirinari Community Services in Bella Vista, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers to access and engage with their community, promoting social inclusion and independence.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.
- Be available to work a range of shifts, including weekends, overnight, and public holidays, with opportunities for overtime and professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to use a variety of software and programs.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
