Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents across three aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical and psychological support to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a carer in aged care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, night shifts, and weekends.
- Ability to work as a casual worker.
