Barback Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barback to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for the hospitality industry and wish to take their skills to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills. They must also have a strong knowledge of bar menu items and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be required to assist bartenders with drink preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting bartenders with drink preparation and serving customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and storage areas
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of bar menu items
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid RSA and competency card
