Business Advisory Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisory Accountant to join our team at PCR Talent.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and review annual and monthly accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct valuations, data analysis, and forecasting to provide insightful business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with partners and managers to prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS/FBT/payroll tax returns.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide exceptional client service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

About You:

  • You have 2-3+ years of experience working in an accounting firm, with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting.
  • You hold a CA/CPA qualification or are near completion.
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly regarded.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality results and are committed to ongoing professional development.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy industry-leading benefits, including flexible working conditions and opportunities for career advancement.
