Key Role: Small Business Financial Advisor

This is a highly respected position within our team, where you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, leveraging your passion, expertise, and customer-centric values to make a meaningful impact. This includes managing residential and commercial banking services, cash flow solutions, and other strategic needs for customers.

  • Deliver comprehensive support to customers at all stages of their business cycle, including lending, cash flow management, and transactional services.
  • Engage in personal and meaningful conversations with small business customers and referral partners to provide an integrated experience.
  • BUILD strong partnerships with branch colleagues, external networks, and brokers.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and approve loan requests up to delegated authority.
  • Manage loan applications and product requests for small business customers with a focus on long-term pipeline growth.
  • Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
  • Provide expertise and insights about business options while balancing risk for growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in distributed business models specializing in relationship management and solutions for customers with loans up to $5M.
  • Gold delegated lending authority enables you to hit the ground running on day one in our fast-paced environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in a business-related field is highly regarded.
