Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Team Member to join our dedicated and busy Maintenance Team at Panthers Port Macquarie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the set up and pack down of functions;
  • Support numerous tradesmen and the maintenance team in various tasks;
  • Keep work areas and amenities clean at all times;
  • Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety and WorkCover requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment and passion to developing your skills within the maintenance industry;
  • A strong work ethic, works well in a team environment and is conscientious of others;
  • Be reliable and have a positive attitude;
  • Highly motivated individual who shows initiative in the workplace;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be self-sufficient to complete tasks within the set timeframes;
  • Possess strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work;
  • Current Drivers Licence;
  • A good level of physical fitness as the role contains consistent and continuous lifting, moving and pushing;
  • Previous handyman/trade assistant experience would be advantageous.
