About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at Red Rooster, you'll be responsible for managing restaurant operations during your shift. This includes ensuring high brand standards, customer quality and safety standards are met.

You'll lead a team through coaching and support, preparing and serving delicious food while creating memorable customer experiences. Your role also involves maintaining a positive culture and keeping the restaurant well presented, clean and safe.

We're looking for someone who can multitask with ease, especially during peak periods when our restaurant gets busy. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We Offer

We offer competitive pay with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
