This position offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a distinguished boutique Real Estate agency. Within the Sales Division and collaborating with a team of three administrative professionals, this role encompasses a variety of tasks and is fully backed by Belle Property's established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales division
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new property listings
- Develop digital proposals
- Oversee the settlement process
- Manage and update the client database
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in a comparable real estate or legal administrative position
- Strong communication abilities
- Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Agent Box, Proposal Point, and Realhub is a plus
