Within the Sales Division and collaborating with a team of three administrative professionals, this role encompasses a variety of tasks and is fully backed by Belle Property's established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales division
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new property listings
  • Develop digital proposals
  • Oversee the settlement process
  • Manage and update the client database

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a comparable real estate or legal administrative position
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Agent Box, Proposal Point, and Realhub is a plus
