Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations during busy periods, managing a team of professionals, and coordinating departmental activities.

  • Run the front-of-house operations during peak service times
  • Motivate and lead your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Assist with rostering, team development, and overall department coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and sequence of service
