About the Role

Aussie Broadband is seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in transforming our digital landscape by designing and implementing cutting-edge digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Enhance Digital Workplace Solutions: Develop and implement digital workplace solutions that improve system interoperability, streamline workflows, and optimize data flow across platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Service Now, and Workday, in addition to AI tools.
  • Lead Knowledge Management Initiatives: Lead the development and maturation of user-centric Knowledge Management (KM) systems, integrating AI to enhance content accessibility, scalability, and security.
  • Optimize Enterprise Systems: Enhance employee experience and integrate HR, IT, and Knowledge Management systems using AI to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Advancements: Keep updated on the latest advancements in AI, Knowledge Management, and Capability Frameworks, while being agile and adaptable.
  • Lead Initiatives and Drive Organizational Success: Lead initiatives, test and scale new ways of working, and act as a key influencer to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive organizational success.
  • Develop AI-Driven Solutions: Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate tasks, improve predictive analytics, and optimize KM and capability systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and employee groups to design user-friendly digital solutions that improve employee experience.
  • Serve as a Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between our business Knowledge keepers (our Aussie Experts), IT, HR, and business units, ensuring alignment of digital workplace initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams in successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Education, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in at least three of the following: HR, Learning & Development, IT/Technology, AI.
  • Experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams, especially in customer service or call centre environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven digital workplace and knowledge management systems that align with business objectives and drive tangible outcomes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build a compelling business case and vision for the future digital workplace.
  • Deep understanding of Knowledge Management systems, Capability Development, and AI systems, with a commitment to staying current with industry advancements and best practices.
