Urban Planning Leader

We're looking for a skilled Urban Planner to lead our team in shaping better places and delivering real-world impact. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for delivering diverse urban development projects across sectors.

Your expertise will drive client engagement, contribute to business growth, and navigate planning frameworks to deliver strategic, future-focused outcomes. You'll collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver urban development projects across various sectors.

  • Navigate planning frameworks to achieve strategic outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Planning or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in urban planning (consulting or government).
  • Strong knowledge of planning systems and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.
  • A passion for shaping better places and delivering impact.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is desirable.
