Heavy Duty Fitter Job Description

The role involves working in a conventional open pit mining environment with clearing and grubbing for future pits. Our team provides load and haul, drill and blast activities and fleet maintenance services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform heavy duty fitting tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic and fault finding experience.
  • Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies.
