  • Understanding of how the maintenance ecosystem works with Engineering, Projects and Operations, preferably with Fixed Plant experience.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Expertise with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) including FMECA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Asset Performance Management (APM), Downtime Accounting Systems (DAS) and CMMS systems (e.g. 1SAP) is essential.
