Forensic Accounting Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Forensic Accountant to join our team in Sydney or Singapore. As part of our Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages (FACD) practice, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of expert reports, researching and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting financial analysis and investigations, developing financial models from transactional and financial data, using relevant software tools for research and analysing data, communicating results and work product as appropriate, internally and externally to clients, and assisting in client events and business development.

This is an opportunity to work on disputes, forensic accounting, investigations and valuations projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region in a variety of industries. You will be mentored by our world-leading Expert Witnesses in best practice and will be able to pursue multiple pathways in your career, whether you want to be a technical subject matter specialist, or to testify in the witness stand.

  • Researching and analysing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Conducting financial analysis and investigations.
  • Developing financial models from transactional and financial data.
  • Using relevant software tools for research and analysing data.
  • Communicating results and work product as appropriate, internally and externally to clients.

You will be working closely with our team of experts to deliver solutions amid uncertainty, dispute and overrun, and provide insights that make the best possible outcomes a reality for public and private sector clients worldwide.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strategic thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and loves an intellectual challenge.
  • Proven experience in Forensic Accounting, with exposure to investigations, disputes, data analytics and/or damages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and an attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.

  • A strong focus on learning and development – both being coached, and coaching others.
  • A Qualified Accountant or have similar qualifications.
