Group Home Operations Manager

This role involves working as a supervisor and director of operations for a group home, providing leadership and training to direct care professionals. The assistant supervisor assumes a key leadership role and works with the team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Act as house manager in their absence
- Supervise in-home staff (direct care professionals)
- Ensure assigned duties are completed
- Assist in managing resident funds
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, two years of caregiving/group home experience, and be able to pass physical exams and obtain valid driver's licenses.
