Lead Social Work and Allied Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Social Work and Allied Health Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive innovation in allied health workforce, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve allied health workforce performance and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other Deputy Directors and Clinical Directors to lead innovation and evaluation of allied health models of care
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and change management skills to drive organizational change
Requirements:
  • Active registration with peak professional body
  • Meet EH Allied Health credentialing standards for nominated profession
  • Demonstrated high level leadership and change management skills
