The face2face Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Training and Professional Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a technical security professional development framework that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive technical security professional development framework that addresses emerging security risks and aligns with our clients' security frameworks.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to building technical and operational security capability across our client base.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners in the law enforcement and intelligence community.
- Review and refine existing processes and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective operating model for technical security training.
- Prepare briefing material and policy guidance to support the training framework.
- Security training development, coordination, and capability building experience, including qualifications in Training and Assessment.
- High-level initiative and judgment, with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Strong management, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and delivery excellence.
- Ability to develop innovative approaches to security training and delivery, and lead the design of security training frameworks and training materials.
- Experience in technical security or experience working in the intelligence community is highly desirable.
