About the Role

Achieve Group is seeking experienced concreters and formsetters for immediate start on long-term projects in and around Townsville.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake manual handling and labouring duties
  • Assist with ground preparation, including structures and formwork
  • Follow general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act
  • Work outdoors for extended periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the concreting industry
  • Experience in Formwork/Steel fixing (desirable)
  • White/Blue Construction card
  • Strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time and workload management skills
  • Honest and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
  • Physical fitness to carry out heavy labouring duties
