As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling and administration of material goods in accordance with company protocols and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Enforce efficient processes for returns, rotables, and waste management, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and accounting of materials using SAP system.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Facilitate the timely delivery of scheduled parts through efficient kitting and staging process, and complete stocktaking as per audit requirements.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage materials goods in accordance with company policy, enforce compliance with standard work procedures and safe systems, and proactively monitor to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently, and support continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Forklift License: Essential
- Previous Warehousing and Mining Experience: Required
