  • Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and a coordinator to drive high-performing results.
  • Set clear KPIs, ensure high team engagement, and deliver outstanding performance.
  • Align recruitment efforts with business growth priorities to drive organisational success.
  • Recruitment Delivery & Process Improvement
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for non-veterinarian and locum roles across ANZ, leveraging technology to improve workflows and reporting.
  • Partner with Employer Brand to deliver engaging campaigns and boost referrals, ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Planning
  • Build pipelines for priority roles and support workforce forecasting, identifying and sourcing top talent to meet business needs.
  • Proactively source talent and support succession planning to drive long-term organisational success.

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Strong expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, optimising reporting, workflows, and recruitment processes for greater efficiency.
  • Confident communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with C-suite executives to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience working in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site service environments, managing diverse and distributed workforces in dynamic industries.
