The role of Workplace Ambassador is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service support to office occupants and clients.
As an ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining a good level of situation awareness of the office, connecting with local and regional workplace organisations for support and reference, ensuring a consistent standard in all offices across the globe.
Your primary focus will be on managing customer relationships, working closely with key stakeholders to manage services and maintenance activities based on business needs. You will explore changes to processes for better service quality from feedback and observations, looking after relationships with suppliers and resolving escalated supplier issues.
This role requires adroit and experienced individuals with at least three to five years of relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, or service industries. You will need to understand processes such as visitor reception management, meeting room support, general housekeeping, and upkeep of the office, office support in mail, courier, storage management, vendor management, general finance, and sourcing administrative tasks.
A proven relationship builder, you will effectively communicate with and engage stakeholders – team members, colleagues, or external clients.
