Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Brand stakeholders to continually advance the roadmap for BI solutions
  • Leverage your technical expertise and domain knowledge to proactively lead your team
  • Responsibility for the delivery, accuracy, and optimisation of BI solutions
  • Build close and positive working relationships with data, brand, and support teams
  • Develop and maintain the data integration process, procedures, and reporting frameworks
  • Responsible for the solution development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and hyper-care
  • Ensure BI solutions meet usability and performance requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of SQL store procedures, views, and ad-hoc SQL reporting, including directly querying delta lake through HIVE and Databricks notebooks
  • Ensure all team members are trained and deliver on documentation, communication, and stakeholder manager expectations
  • Follow agile practices to optimise the flow of work
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a BI analyst or similar
  • SQL experience
  • People management experience, highly regarded
  • Degree educated or equivalent industry certifications
