Private Client Solicitor

The Private Client Solicitor is a critical role in our organization. We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team and manage a caseload of diverse legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide range of legal cases including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration.
  • Supervise a team of junior solicitors and provide guidance on complex legal matters.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice.
  • Proven experience in handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
  • A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be advantageous.
