Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coordinator to lead our gymnastics program, develop and coordinate comprehensive programs, and foster a positive experience for our members and staff.

The ideal candidate will have an intermediate or above coaching qualification, current Technical Membership with Gymnastics Queensland, and minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and self-motivated, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee our comprehensive gymnastics program, including leading either our recreational or competitive programs
  • Manage recruitment processes to build a high-performing team
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to attract new business and raise awareness of the opportunities we offer
  • Foster a positive gymnastics experience for our members, staff, and class participants
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate or above coaching qualification (advanced is desirable)
  • Current Technical Membership with Gymnastics Queensland
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role, with staff supervisory experience
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of gymnastics
