Accounts Payable Officer

">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high-volume of invoices and accounts payable transactions, reconciling accounts, making payments, and providing ad hoc support as required.

">Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Make payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Support the team with end-of-month and end-of-year processes
">Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Effective and adaptive communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems
