Job Description

The role of Integration Architect involves providing architectural and technical leadership to ensure the implementation of approved solution architectures and the integrity of solution designs.

This position is responsible for delivering timely and accurate architectural guidance to project stakeholders and ensuring that solution designs align with strategic priorities and solution scope expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Integration strategy and architectures, ensuring alignment with customer's Enterprise Architecture strategic priorities.
  • Maintain project solution architectures and provide expertise and advice to stakeholders.
  • Highlight technology dependencies, issues, and risks and mitigate/manage where required.
  • Participate in planning, architecture, and design meetings to represent interests in supporting re-use and adoption of fit-for-purpose technologies and solutions.
  • Apply a commercial and delivery focus on all work to ensure desired business outcomes are met.


Required Skills And Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years professional IT experience with at least 5 years as Solution Architect and 3 years as Integration Architect.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related qualification and 10 years of experience in development with a focus on architecture or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Expert experience working with project managers, business analysts, technical specialists, architects, and vendors to create integrated end-to-end solution options.
  • Ability to work autonomously, navigating through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Broad knowledge of technologies and applications utilising Integration Platforms, such as webMethods, WebSphere, TIBCO, Red Hat JBoss, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, Dell Boomi, Workato or other open-source frameworks, solutions, and tools.
