The Employment Coach is a critical position at Workskil Australia Ltd, responsible for delivering exceptional employment services to our clients. This challenging role involves case management of an allocated caseload, with the primary objective of securing long-term job opportunities for individuals with a prior offender history.
As an Employment Coach, you will be expected to stabilise non-vocational issues and build vocational skills and experience in your clients. You will also undertake 'reverse marketing' of customers to suitable employers and run group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.

About You- Demonstrate a passion and drive for helping people find employment;
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff;
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and to advocate directly to employers;
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs;
- Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM;
- Demonstrate strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience;
- Demonstrate attention to detail ability to work under pressure; and
- Demonstrate previous experience in the employment services or call centre industry or similar will be highly regarded.

Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia Ltd is a public benevolent institution, we can offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging. In addition, you will receive a generous remuneration package, including a 9-day fortnight and a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
