About The Position

Ventia, a leading provider of operations and maintenance services, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple national and state-based sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the VOC team in achieving exceptional performance in project delivery, service level agreements, and contract KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective process improvements, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and proactive jeopardy management of work orders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members, promoting career growth and development.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position within the operations and maintenance environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and internal reporting software.
