About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a mechanical/maintenance fitter, with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in complementary medicines.

You will be required to attend to call-outs, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and fault-find on various equipment, including HVAC systems, tablet, capsule, and blister packaging machines.

In addition, you will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork and performing general site maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • Australian residency is mandatory.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment.
