About the Role


We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic Festive Season Retail Assistants to join our team in Mandurah this Christmas. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting operational tasks.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including decorating displays and creating an immersive festive atmosphere
  • Support operational tasks such as unpacking stock, replenishing shelves, and assisting with point-of-sale duties
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment

Estimated Salary


$25-$30 per hour, based on location and industry standards.
