**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced senior finance professional to complement our Leadership Team. As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the Finance, IT, and Purchasing departments. You will actively contribute to business decision-making while ensuring compliance and business plan execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure all accounting practices comply with Company and Government regulations* Comply, update, and maintain all budgets and forecasts* Administer and control all cash management for the Hotel* Administration of all insurance matters in conjunction with local brokers* Liaise with internal and external auditors* Work closely with Departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies* Maintain a Capital expenditure register* Proactively initiate communication with the Owning Company* Grow, develop, and support our internal talent in all departments*

**Compensation**

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
