Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Growth Product Designer to join our team at Propeller. As a key member of our Growth Squad, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences that drive revenue and monthly active users of our platform. Your mission will be to define what "good" looks like across customer touchpoints and communication, establishing standards and reusable templates that enhance consistency and quality across the user journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user experience strategies that drive growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful solutions
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design and prototype user interfaces that meet business objectives
  • Work closely with the Growth Squad to define and implement growth initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally in a Product-Led Growth SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving user growth, revenue, retention, and engagement
  • Experience with experimentation and data-driven design
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices for web and mobile applications
