**The Role**
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Melbourne's southern region. In this role, you will deliver best-practice, client-centred therapy services to adults with disabilities, supporting them with communication, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting clinical assessments in home or community settings
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals
- Delivering therapy in various settings, including home, education, and community
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Experience working in a transdisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence
- Competence with IT systems, especially client management platforms
